The Ministry Outreach Arm is founded on the basis of Jeremiah 9:17-21, and Psalm 144:1-2. It comprises of various Wailing Women Worldwide (WWW) arms or branches: Evangelism, Wailing Daughters & Sons, Mission, Singles/Youths, Facilitators, Prayer, Welfare, and Counselling.

The ministry came into full operation in 2019 after the Wailing Women Worldwide Caribbean, Regional Conference in Tortola.

Objectives:

1. To identify the needs and welfare of each branch or arm of WWW Caribbean
2. To encourage and work towards practicing the secret of being in God’s presence in each branch or arm of WWW Caribbean
3. To train a global end time army, to watch the gates and towers of the nations and to equip them with the skills to work effectively in the Vineyard
4. To raise finances to provide sufficiently for the needs of the needy

Vision:

• The vision of the Ministry Outreach Arm is to carry out the WWW’s prophetic word in Jeremiah 9:17-21, equipping each arm to roll it into motion.

Mission:

• To raise a regional army (Battle Axes) in guarding the gates of the nations
• To connect with each arm and strength the bond, allowing the roots to grow firmly with the bark intact, and the branches to extend as far as possible. The leaves will flourish and remain green even in the drought (Jeremiah 17:7-8), the blossoms will bloom and be sweet, producing golden fruit that is edible for the glory of God in this season.

Background:

According to Dr. Steve Ogan, Wailing Women Worldwide (WWW) needs to have the knowledge of basic counselling skills to assist their fellow “Battle Axes” and themselves in such a time as this. The Brook Cherith (1 Kings 17:1-7) is a place where the Almighty God can make alternative provisions in the midst of a devastating famine. You do not have to die with a famished soul. There is a river of life from which God will pour water into your thirsty soul. He has promised that He will pour water on him that is thirsty and floods upon dry ground. Why not believe Him? Why not get away today to Cherith, to the place of refreshment, the place of a divine turning point! Your water problem may have lasted, but it is not everlasting! There is a new season of refreshment awaiting you, but you must get away, turn eastward, hide at the Brook Cherith (1 Kings 17:1-7). Flow with its flow into the Jordan, wait on the Lord and don’t be afraid of the famine. God has commanded the ravens to feed you.

The WWW institution is rapidly increasing around the globe. As the “end time army”, we must be on alert and watch the various gates, regionally and globally.  Therefore, increasing our knowledge in basic counselling skills will equip us to combat the weapons and fiery darts of the enemy.
